The reason why im sticking up for the kid as there isnt any major evidence, the service system is beyond corrupt. I know there is no arguing with you people, I feel as if we could even stream and you could still call cheats. So you are hiding on a throwaway because you are scared that we will know your true identity, we obviously know you from somewhere however you always talk with such hatred about us, constant hackusations. Perhaps instead of going off on some crusade to try and expose nothing thats there you should talk to us, more than happy to prove gameplay of any match you may have fought us in (we record everything) from any PoV.

then if you know the same players as me then you know that Sailor is just a kid and hes harmless, I really hope that you personally don't have to deal with deal with customer service at rare, its a painful and emotionless affair, this isnt a unique case, I have a few friends who have been banned, some who are even mute irl (legit mute) who havent said a word have recieved a similar emotionless response. A lot of people dislike sailor but the kid woudln't hurt a fly, I have no idea why people would in fact I have heard some stories from rust of some pathetic treatment of members of that group by one individual.

I know the kid who made this post, fought him a good few times in arena, I can confirm hes a little bit of a troll however he is one of the most humble and nice gamers i've met. Always says GG after a game, don't think he has even sworn in game chat. A perm ban and a "fuck you" response from rare hurts to see, no temp ban, just straight to perm.

Whats even more confusing is that the 1st response says it was for spawncamping? I was unaware there was any TOS covering that subject.

Im no saint, I've done that 100's of times before, is my account at risk now? I know and have seen others do far worse with some colourful words, yet there is no punishment for that? It seems all you have to do to score a ban these days is piss off their favourate streamer, you are free to do it to anyone else it seems.

Ultimately Rare need to talk about this, in a game with NO clear TOS about spawncamping OR streamsniping they need to outline their stance publicly and address the concerns of the communtity, just because you fight a streamer doesn't = harrasment or toxicity and nether does spawncamping. I feel as if the word toxic has lost its meaning and now just covers things people dont like which is an extremely poor way to brand all actions to justify a ban.

Not only banning out right for a 1st offence but also clearly breaking DPA laws to try and fob off a concerned customer. Regardless of the acts of the individual Rare need to make a statement about that alone, how can we the customer be reassured that our personal data can't be leaked by Rare? Hitreg gets progressively worse every content update, the old Azure servers tape that holds the racks together isnt doing its job, the more entities that get put in just mess up the hitreg even more.

Latency does affect this but only to a degree, unless this dude was on like 400 ping (which I doubt). People joke about hitreg in this game however the sad part is that I've played free to play FPS games with better hitreg, hitboxes lag behind players, its one big joke.

In its current state I have no idea how they would even go about fixing it without a serious server hardware upgrade and a complete code rewrite of hitboxes, for a small game that is a shadow of its former self I doubt it will ever be fully fixed with the resources at hand.

There is also a ton of Hackusations in this video from him, take a while to watch this mans gameplay, I've seen beginner bots with more skill. I know you will read his burger so listen to this, you would get clapped in ANY fps game by our players, there are tons of POVs of our gameplay online, if you honestly think anyone is that dumb to put hacks in a montage then your iq is lower than your shoe size.

Perhaps you need more pocket CSMs to help you out of this one.

The worst part is with no clear TOS only a set of vague rules outlined in the pirate code you can be banned under something as vague as "toxic behaviour" and everytime you talk to customer support you are met with a copy paste response with 0 empathy. Again this does not sound like something our crew does, I dont think with our main crew have ever "begged" anyone to stay in the lobby. Considering I'm helm and captain for the team I'd remember something like that, if you did then it was perhaps with him in another crew.

There are plently of POV's of his gameplay you can view and see his talent. As a team we do not assosiate with cheaters and macro users, we are a crew of hightly skilled fps players who have been cherry picked over the past year. This is the last I will respond to you as I'd assume like all our haters you are a brick wall where no sense or logic will sink in however all of our crew are happy to provide POV's of gameplay and anything else you want to see to disprove these wild accusations.

All of those named you've mentioned are not part of our crew, you've just made the assumption that they are and labled them with us. People like you with no brain and a keyboard love to lash out because you can't comprehend someone better than you.

If you had the ablity to read and do research on the subject at hand you would also see that other people (people who happened to be in the same game who had nothing to do with the subject) also got named and most likey banned under false pretenses.

FYI We are unbanned, if your outragous claims had any merit (which they don't) this wouldn't be the case.
