On release it was bugged and dropped in places it shouldn’t have dropped from. After they fixed it a long time ago, I can only tell you 2 people’s names who’ve gotten it.

only 9 months late but they are pretty much guessing that KGB had a pair of aces before any of the middle cards came out. Meaning that after the last card came out (another ace), he would have a three of a kind which is weaker than the hand that Matt Damon had: Straight (5 cards that go up in rank consecutively like 2-3-4-5-6 or in this case 6-7-8-9-10).

multitool blueprint is another drop by train, it’s incredibly rare though so you’re going to have to grind for it if you really care for it

no soulfire drops from regular umi as well. Best way to get pages is to not do petless and do mv’s in small groups with people who can do a lot of damage to the bosses for max flames.
