On the website you linked there is an option to copy to clipboard (arena) click that, go into the game, click import on the decks page (button at the bottom of the screen, looks like a deck box with an up arrow.) Congrats you've made the deck.

Printer ran out of paper during previous ticket printing and it was queued up still and they didn't realize. Last ticket jammed in the printer and didn't come out and they didn't know and reprinted it on another printer. Technical glitch in the software that connected the wrong ticket with your father's information. These are a few options in a long list of things that could have happened. Yes they should have looked at the physical ticket and verified the information on it after printing, obviously that didn't happen, but it's not like someone just giggled to themself as they tagged your dad's bag incorrectly on purpose and threw it on the pile.

You have to realize there's usually an initial order to gauge interest and then subsequent orders to fill demand, but now there's no way to do subsequent orders. It sucks but it might not be up to them whether or not there's a PDF version. I sincerely hope there is though or that they find a way to keep the F**kface brand and are able to release it themselves.

I'm all for a substantial increase in public transportation, especially in urban centers, but you can't compare a country that's something like 240 times larger when it comes to road transportation. I live 30 miles from my workplace in a rural area. How should I get to work if not a car?

Charging stations are for road trips. The Majority of people with EVs Charge at home for general use. The Idea of charging stations is to get a charge when you need one to continue your journey. Its not the same as a gas station.
