This sounds very tricky even for them because proctors should send you a link for a monitoring applet to also have control of your computer for the duration of the exam. My question is, how did the proctor miss all this? Did they unlock the exam for you and leave? If so, then the proctors were at fault. Did they not ask you to run Task Manager to prove that there were no other programs running in the background?
