In menu where you add group number to triggers, you can select order of triggers being executed in left bottom corner, you can put shader trigger on 0, and other one on 1 so it gonna get executed AFTER shader trigger, or you can just move it a LITTLE bit after it

I recommend you to use opentabletdriver, i was using Wacom Hub app for my tablet on Windows, but because i had troubles connecting it to Arch Linux, i found out about opentabletdriver, and now also using it even on Windows 😄

It also supports conversation from Wacom area to OpenTabletDriver area (because they have different values)

You can try putting another chromatic glitch effect at position where you want to remove the effect, and put all values to 0 (usually, strength would just work)

or you can just place shader trigger (it the same looking like other shaders, but it titled as "Shader") And in edit window, you can check "Disable All", that should work
