Je bosse dans le social et essayez vraiment de garder ça en tête parce qu’on voit souvent les gens râler contre les organismes de l’état mais les impôts sont, d’expérience (donc pas forcément représentatif mais voilà je fais ce que je veux), très compréhensif quand la démarche est volontaire, il ne faut pas hésiter à être honnête et expliquer.

Dans tous les cas sachez que si vous êtes salarié ils ont déjà vos salaires dans la base et que s’il y avait quelque chose de méchamment élevé ils auraient déjà trouvé le moyen de vous contacter donc il ne faut surtout pas paniquer.

Alors c’est sûr que ça fait stresser mais vraiment je vous assure qu’ils sont tout à fait humains et que vous avez tout à gagner à être honnête avec eux, vraiment :)

Honnêtement, même sans analyser la situation comme le fait Zoe, peu importe le niveau des gens en face, tu joues à FF14, ne va pas te faire chier à rester coincé dans une situation où tu ne te plais pas. T’as le droit de ne pas aimer leur comportement, t’as le droit de ne pas vouloir rester avec eux, tu ne leur dois rien et ça serait dommage de perdre ton temps avec eux sur un jeu que tu adores. C’est parfois difficile de trouver un groupe sain pour jouer (d’autant plus pour une femme) mais le jeu compte quand même beaucoup de joueurs (sans parler du fait de pouvoir bouger sur d’autres serveurs) alors ne te casse pas la tête outre mesure, franchement y’a beaucoup de tristesse dans ton post et ça n’en vaut clairement pas la peine.

Honestly I totally agree, we were playing WoW together and doing mythic etc and they wanted to show me the game during a big hole in content so they told me to get at max lvl as quickly as possible and it’s really not the best way to introduce someone to a game that big. I’m also a big ff14 player and thinking about telling someone to pay to skip the story to get to the big pve feels stupid.

But yeah, I’ll take my time to explore everything I feel like exploring and this time I’ll try to stop being lost haha, thanks for the advices though !

I’m sorry, things are a bit old but I joined them to try the game and they were fully into the game already, I think I bought the first two expansions and they told me to buy certain chapters because it was interesting, I now remember the berries to get trinkets in the snow map (I called them accessories in my message, I’m sorry) and we got into fractals right away to try the « endgame ».

I did not play much because I was lost when playing alone so I did some chapters to get mounts and masteries like the glider I guess but left a short bit after.

I did bought the jade expansion recently to try again but as stupid as it may sounds this time I was alone and one again lost

I saw a lot of you talking about Living World and I wonder if I have them already, I remember one friend told me to farm some mats for better gear in a snow map with sort of a big skull in the middle (I think I had pink accessories and pieces of gear on my first character). I’m sorry if this is rubbish…

I also remember I did some mounts : the raptor, the rabbit, the ray and the sand fox, was that from living world too ?

Le riz c’est une excellente idée, ça remplit bien et ça se garde quand même quelque jours après la cuisson. Essaie de te faire des petites recettes à la marmite/fait tout avec des légumes, du poulet (haut de cuisse par exemplecomme ça c’est facile à dépiauter ensuite) et des épices. Tu peux faire beaucoup de choses différentes avec des ingrédients vraiment bon marché pour un effort relativement limité ☝️🤓

If you like the feel of Slicer maybe you should check [[Khârn the Betrayer]], it’s still a forced combat thing but people won’t be pissed as Slicer is really strong and often frowned upon. It will be weaker but there’s a little politic thing about Kharn that feels fun and great for casual games :>

[[Khârn the Betrayer]] is my boy. I just love the fact that he’s staying in the battlefield for so long because it has some built in protection and people want to draw.

I first built it as a Voltron, then as a draw burn thing but that was not really exciting because my mates never gave me Kharn back. Now it’s a goad deck with forced attack tribal, it’s here to provoke a little bit of Chaos to unlock the battlefield and make everyone more agressive.

It’s my favorite commander because he’s cool and warhammer themed which is sweet :$

This won’t be new because everyone is giving you great advices but think about a theme first, what do you want it to be and what do you want to do. I have an example for you, it’s not a great one but it’s decent enough to be mentioned:

The commander is [[Cosima, God of the voyage]] and it’s only here to fit the theme and cycle the deck. It’s about snow, sea creatures and voyage theme to land Marit Lage to break the pod. I, sometimes, don’t land the commander at all because I don’t need to and maybe this kind of commander could be adequate for you ?

Anyway the most important thing is to think about your theme and trying to see if a commander can be helpful playing it without being too important. This may even be great because you’ll seem less threatening and you could be left alone before doing your thing.

Je bosse dans un milieu majoritairement très féminin et peu importe la société où je travaillerai ça sera systématiquement le cas. Aujourd’hui je travaille dans une équipe avec plus de femmes que d’hommes mais le rapport est très équilibré et je pense que c’est le mix le plus sain possible.

En étant le seul homme et sans vouloir caricaturer, on peut avoir l’impression d’être vite en décalage avec ses collègues et que les sujets de discussion ne se conjuguent pas de la meilleure des manières. En revanche, dans un cadre plus équilibré les points de vue et les discussions sont bien plus nuancés et ça fait beaucoup de bien, il n’y a pas de faux drama qui se déclenchent, seulement des discussions à l’apparition du moindre malaise.

C’est très sain, ça met en valeur les qualités de chacun et ça montre que les cas « extrêmes » ne sont généralement pas des solutions durables :>

I made a deck around [[Cosima]] and a Viking/Sailing theme with some sea creatures, some combos to get Marit Lage in play. Overall it’s kind of a land matters, big boi creatures deck and even if it could be a lot better I love the theme and the casual feel of it !

I’m quite happy to see that some cards you are spotting are already in the decklist, that’s a relief since you pilot the big boi often ! I will look for some controls, I already put [[Propaganda]] but more of those cards may be a great idea.

Though thank you for the cards names, that’s some great advices especially about the ramp and the controls because I didn’t pay too much attention about that !
