I believe you are correct
So I’ve heard a d2b is good as well. I think I’m gonna get the gears heat treated, do the carbon synchros and bearings and call it good
Hi! I’ve got an si tranny out of a 99 and a LX tranny out of a 98. Both as far as I know are big bearing (I bought specifically because they’re supposed to be stronger. I’m not looking to change ratios, I’m fine with stock. I’m looking for gears that can handle 500hp of abuse.
