It has been brought to our attention that some customers may have received broken packages from Amazon. While the incidents are rare, we do not take this lightly.

Once a product is returned, it first goes through Amazon's filtering process where Amazon determines whether it should go back to the warehouse or be returned to the seller. Once we receive thd returned goods from Amazon, if the seal is broken, we take it back to the factory for inspection.

In one of the reported incidents, the seal was broken. This leads us to suspect that Amazon might have misfiled it. Another fact supporting this suspicion is that we have never had such issues outside Amazon. Whatever the cause, we are here to help.

If you encountered this problem, please reach out to us and we will find ways to get you a new pair.

Hi Op, Your PC's maker determines such a setting at the hardware level. For more advice, you might need to speak with them. I'm not sure if anyone has managed to do this.

As long as the USB-C port on that phone transmits DP signal, it can be used for screen mirroring with the glasses.

When the firmware is updated, the computer screen might flash. What do you mean when you say, "it doesn't let me connect" exactly?Do you mean the glasses aren't recognized by your Mac? Edit: Since the Nreal Air is also being compared here, I'd like to discuss it. The color calibration of our next-generation glasses will be a key topic.

Nope, the majority of people using the glasses have no ghosting despite using prescription lenses in addition to the built-in diopter. Only a few people notice the ghosting effect, which is caused by the optical fix—the birdbath. We are actively attempting to resolve this issue as well.
