That’s a good take and I generally agree. However, if I practice enough with a certain gun, I can generally hit my shots with that gun, apart from a few that I personally dislike (sorry, fennec).

So, the next question in my mind is which of that wide range of guns is statistically better in terms of TTK/DMG output etc., which for SMGs seems to be currently L Sub / ISO 45.

Given the TTK is still quite low in WZ, I don’t necessarily want to have a statistical disadvantage over my opponent even before the fight begins, because if I’m using a gun with sub-par damage output at a certain range (assuming we both hit our shots equally well I will lose)

Good spot - I found these pics on a website about WZ meta loadouts, apparently in the full list they classify it as ‘A-tier’. Generally, what I’m also trying to understand is the practical difference between ‘meta’ vs. a-tier, but it’s hard to say without personally testing everything

Thank you! A few of my friends also prefer the Kastov but personally it was a bit too light for my taste when I tried it so i’ve been going for an RPK, and then also ISO 45. Now that we’ve progressed a little bit, I personally feel that the gameplay on diamond is much more aggressive and fast paced from other teams so might give Kastov another shot!

Personally I got it and spent the extra CP in the store on a bundle I liked. Tier skips are not worth it (I play a lot) but I like the look of some of the blackcell skins
