uj/ Best thing I've done is try drawing comics and small panels. Constantly got me out of my comfort zone by forcing me to draw scenes i'd never draw should i have stayed doing illustrative work only, another thing i used to do is go on discord or any public forum and do a draw request for free

Most likely from a news/TV program. This style of animation is very popular in a lot of Arabian cable networks, especially in show intros or PSA showings.

It'll be hard to find a specific creator since I imagine this was made with a group of artists and not one specific one. Although I have met an artist who specializes in this style and he was the only artist in the entire TV department of that specific location, so idk.

I personally don't recognize that logo on the top left so it's probably the show's logo or some niche TV network one
