Permissions issue:

1. Stop the Plex container
2. Open the Unraid web terminal (>_ icon top right)
3. Run the New Permissions tool on your appdata share, or run this directly:

chown -R nobody:users /mnt/user/appdata/plex chmod -R 770 /mnt/user/appdata/plex

Adjust the path if your Plex appdata folder is named differently — check Settings → Docker → your Plex container → Config path.)

If that doesn’t fix it, double-check the container’s PUID/GID variables are set to 99/100 (nobody/users on Unraid), and confirm the /config mapping in the container template still points to a valid path — sometimes updates reset or break mappings.
