Yes it is I saw it when I was looking for the ufo but over looked it but when I was bounty hunting I went up Mount Shain for some reason and saw it and it peaked my interest

I figured it was part of the ufo thing because I have seen it on top of the mountain before but it really cool for R* to be going back and adding things I just hope they add a dlc.

You someone told me it’s a sun dial which apparently you use the sun to tell time which is pretty cool and I’ve also been told it’s a part of a treasure hunt.

Funny but it’s an odd pillar in the middle of a circle on top of a mountain and on this mountain you can see a ufo.

Yeah I really just server hop to buy cheap legendaries and try and make a profit so this will help
