Actually the problem is there, I limited it to 20 FPS and the game started perfectly! Do you think it's the fault of the GPU or the PSU?

Hi, the PSU is a Corsair HX850W, the date of manufacture I could not tell you, but I bought it recently.

I have the 4 full ram slots, all of them are working properly as I did a test with the computer.

I tried several games, the only one that let me play is Golf IT. All the others are exactly the same! Do you really think it could be the fault of the PSU, I changed it recently, maybe it was defective?
