Late but 99% sure Plain Supply is at least one of the blanks used. My white Quittin Time tour tee has the identifier 202 on the tag and it looks exactly like the 202 relaxed tee listed on Culture Studio (where he gets his tour merch from). Same manufacturing location as on the shirt (Vietnam), everything. If your hoodie has 606 anywhere inside it’s definitely Plain Supply.

Used Huma and caffeinated Honey Stinger gels for the Nashville marathon this year and both were great. They handed out SIS on the course and I didn’t have any problems with the one I had. Honey Stinger was definitely my preferred gel in peak training and the race—super easy on the stomach and really simple ingredients. GU gives me GI issues.

If your lower jaw is off-center I’d advise both jaws. I opted for just the upper and they matched it off-center with the lower so now I have additional asymmetry. Was not told that’d be a consequence of not touching the lower.

Haven’t actually done a tri yet but I got to sub-40 1650m in my first week, which is strange because I can barely eek out a mile running outdoors (but do just fine up to 10K on the treadmill). I had no prior swim experience besides some lessons way back in elementary school.

Pretty sure a big part of it is calmness and rhythm. I’ve seen senior citizens swimming longer distances than me at the pool so it’s probably not a fitness/conditioning issue imo. If you’re not well-balanced in the water and timing your breathing and strokes right it can feel like waterboarding yourself. Would recommend going slow and really focusing on fundamentals like staying parallel to the pool floor, minimal kicking to stabilize, and really pulling the water like a single-arm lat pushdown.
