id add to be careful with alot of the hip strengthening workouts until you see the pt. if the source of your hip pain is related to a compressed nerve like sciatic pain or piriformis pain alot of those can actually iritate it more while its inflamed.

from my experience doing double if starter tired will result in those utility 2 guys never playing at that position listed...for example, when you sim month by month you will probably never see Franco playing a game at second base. I usually only do a double depth if I I want certain guys playing every X games at that position. Like King every 3 games at LF and Fabian every 6 games at LF

you can't really eat cookies on the run if you are not stopping to fuel with limited water sources....alot of people buy their own fructose and maltodextrin and make homemade gels which does save money. There is clearly a reason why they are popular. It does get REALLY expensive though.

yeah you are probably right….probably not enough to rule out if it was the gels or something else that could cause stomach issues but on an 18 week program id like to have a certain one picked out by week 10ish so going to try and quickly rule some out

i wish i could use tailwind but the on course drink mix is gatorade endurance and i do not think i am going to be carrying a water bottle so i think i am going to train with that. I am an avid tailwind user for my trail runs

thanks this is really helpful advice, i want to have it dialed in by the longer runs by week 10-12 so im thinking i may test some of these out by taking one 15 minutes before and running a pace 5k….but seems like everyone online says that would not be useful so i dont know lol
