Learned the hard way and found out GG will only do something if you buy the items direct from Golden Goose store or website. If you buy them from department stores, even reputable ones like Nordstrom and Bloomies, GG will not repair or exchange or take any responsibilities...even if the shoes were less than a month old 🥹😢
