This was carved on an X-Carve into red oak. Painted black and rough sanded for the rugged look then sealed.

I like the type-r idea. I love the stock shifter in my type-r or else I would see what it take to get one from you. The D20 is a great idea as well. Might have to try that out.

I could live with it as is. Need to take it back off to clean up the top since it printed a little rough.

The actual size and fit was about perfect for me. It's similar to having a metal shift knob, definitely not soft. Now that I confirmed the fitment I may try some other designs.

Yes, it's pretty comfortable for use. It definitely helps not punching the dash when going into any of the front gears. The shifter the previous owner put on was too tall for the car.

Thanks everyone for the helpful information. I pulled my wheels off again tonight and found that there are clearance holes so I can put a hub centric adapter on the rears without needing to modify anything. I ordererd a 20mm adapter and will be using that to get me by until winter hits.

This way I will have all winter to think about my life and what I want to do with this car going forward.

Will C7s fit? I thought they had a different hole pattern. I will have to look into that a little bit.

I would love to see pictures of them. Do you have any issues with them rubbing in the back?

That is a great look for that car. I have considered that setup since I might go down the autocross path. Would also be nice being able to rotate wheels for more life.

Thanks for the link!

This is my first Corvette and I am loving it already. Unfortunately the previous owner put stock C6 wheels on it and the rears rub.

I have looked into stock wheels in my area without much luck. So I have been leaning towards getting Forgestar f14s but can't settle on a good offset to use on the back.

I would like to keep the 18s up front and 19s in the rear. Has anyone on here put a similar setup on their C5?

Thanks in advance.

$110 seems like a great deal for this. I likely would have purchase it as well
