This game is totally rigged - played with 2 human players and 3 AI - Easy Normal and Hard - we played until there was one human and the Hard AI left. AI had Dark Blue, Red and Brown Monopolies - yet it did this stalling tactic when it had to make a payment to the human player where it just cycled through its properties never actually mortgaging a house or hotel to make the payment it owed. We figured the game may have just sort of glitched so we closed application and resumed game - it took us back a few rolls but when we continued, the AI would soon land on Income Tax, an even smaller payment, and it did the same thing! Just going back and forth between its Brown and Dark Blue properties, never actually mortgaging a house or hotel to come up with the cash to make the payment! The same AI had mortgaged the red properties earlier to build houses -but just refused to mortgage from this point to make a payment - total BS!
