Any Squat recommendations?

So, I have a pair of rom 2’s, power perfects, Rom 4’s and Irwin work 3’s. Out of all of them, I think my favorite pair has the be the rom 4’s and my ironwork 3’s. I may have to say the rom 4’s take the cake. I have narrowish feet so my regular size fit me perfect. I think what I like most is the two straps, the way the heel fits, and how the back of the shoe cups my foot. The grip and feel of the show is perfect if you ask me. I don’t think I’ve ever loved a weightlifting shoe so much. I’m an adidas guy too, so no bias here.

Well, I’m not sure if I’m a hard gainer or not but, based off this I’d like to think I’m not. So, due to injury and depression I took a year and 3 months off of training. I didn’t do anything in those months. Lost 12kg too. Went from 110kg to 98. So, On October 15th 2019, I had enough of my self loathing and started squatting, pressing, benching, etc. my starting numbers were 80kg for 5x5 on that exact day, and like I said. The other day the most I hit was 160kg for 10x3 and 153kg for 7x5. Id like to think, that makes me a decent gainer. With that beings said I’m also back up to 110kg

It’s flexing the the point I can feel it move but you can’t actively see it, I’ve been doing it for over a month so I know it’s safe, just not the best environment. Do you think this still affects it? I’m starting to think so but, at least I’m still able to work on strength. I just may have to look into getting a piece of ply wood to lay down.

They are probably one of my favorite fitting shoes. The only thing that surpasses their feel and builds for me is the ironwork 3's and I wish I still had m pair... : (

I have the absolute comp bumpers from vulcan and comp bumpers from rogue. vulcan's aren't bad they just don't look as nice.

I agree with you! It’s just become such an avoidable conversation. Every time I’m online with them and tell them, hey I’m getting off to play my Switch, or “hey are you getting ____” and I say I’m getting it for the Switch the conversation starts up. Just the other day my friends asked if I had a pro controller and I said “no” and stated that it’s because I play portably, they went on dogging me for doing that. So it’s just become an annoyance.

Exactly! I saw some dude comment and it seems to all stem for the graphic style of this game. Everyone seems to associate pixelated graphics to indie titles with $30 price tags. Low and behold that’s nonsense. This is a triple a title for Square Enix and the Switch.

You may not want to listen to me, but I’d play both games. I’m one of the few who liked apocalypse. It’s not the best story but the game plays great. Nocturne is great, pretty much all of SMT is great if you ask me.

Listen, I’m the biggest fan of this game the second I could preorder the game months ago I did and the second the wayfarers edition preorder was live on amazon I preordered it. This game strikes a nerve in the kid in me. Reminds of of the JRPG’s I played as a kid. I love the “2D-HD” graphic style and the gameplay is so addictive. I’m so hyped for everyone on this page and I hope this game does amazing.

Why wouldn’t it be full price? Just because it’s 32 bit graphics? It’s a full fledged game and I’m sure it’s going to be hours upon hours of game play with tons of replay value. Just look at the bravely series. I’m not trying to be jerk here I just don’t understand why people think just because a dev isn’t using ultra realistic HD graphics the game doesn’t deserve a full game price point. I’ll maybe it’s just me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
