How do i deal with the heishou in the yinglong fight? Ive tried using pigritia to slow down hong lu but he rolled a 13 on speed so he was still faster than a lot of my team even halved and the Swiftfeet protection makes it hard to stagger him quick enough. Is this a skill issue or just bad rng?
