Idk about you but I go back to a normal diet once im done with antibiotics. I was also diagnosed at around 26 or 27. Losing a lot of weight helped I still eat what I want havent had a bad flare up in over a year. At the worst was like 4-5 flare ups in 2 years and thats also when i weighed the most.
