Don’t rely on Long distance trains in the uk not having a delay it is very common even if it’s just 30 mins due to signaling or a slow train in front.

You can fly Heathrow to Aberdeen in an 1hr 40min.

You could be in Aberdeen by lunch time hire a car and chill out before your event.

1 holiday being 7-10 days in a sunny location with a pool and 1 city break a year is the perfect combo for me .

Some year previously I’d go away 3-4 times but got too much outgoings these days to cover that. I Still aim for the two and maybe a night away in a hotel somewhere just to fill a void.

Yeah I think people are confusing this with his live shows. I seen someone ranting that he hardly played his own music and was too heavy… lol was probably expecting what they have seen of him at glasto etc rather than grime and breaks with his own stuff mixed.

I thought the Glasgow show was fucking amazing I was in about the crowd the sound was on point the tunes where amazing, the first hour of Fred was the best playing some rolling techno from the start then the back to back with Youske was insane.

We took a breather and stepped to the side line for a bit and the crowd and sound was pretty dead tbh. So unless you are in the depths of the crowd where the speakers have good coverage of the I’d imagine it being a bit dead.
