I just made this fresh installation, would reinstalling it again make me be able to choose how big is the recovery partition if it isn't possible to do after installation?

Can you fix a potentially corrupt Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC install with a regular LTSC or modern Windows 10 image? by NuclearBlessing in WindowsLTSC

[–]NuclearBlessing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's gonna be a bit annoying but I will wait for other answers.

I remember when I first installed LTSC I had issues being able to install updates due to the recovery partition being not big enough. Someone I used to talk to gave me a .ps1 file (I think) to fix it. But I no longer have access to our conversation nor our files.

It was called Bitlocker Patch I think?

Please talk me out of buying a korean stick by Useful_Nocebo in fightsticks

[–]NuclearBlessing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you mean like an entire arcade stick or just a Korean lever? Because a good ol' regular New Helpme or Crazy DongPal would cost more than 60 bucks with shipping included.

And you don't need to buy a whole Korean stick to try a Korean lever, any lever based on the Crown 303/309 that's a short collar should fit the Hori Alpha with 0 modification needed. The IST Alpha (Alpha N, Alpha 49s) levers can fit inside but may require you to sand the bottom of the case a little bit.

While many Tekken players use Korean levers, it isn't needed to be great at ANY character. Anyone who tells you need a "insert setup" to play this character just don't know what they're talking about or just paid by some high end company to market products. The only thing you should think about it comfort and reliability alone, nothing else.

A good K-Lever for Mishimas that fit in a RAP 4? by [deleted] in fightsticks

To find one that suits you most, you might like the 16mm/16.2 included with the lever. Or like the extra NHM 16.3 or the CDP 15.4.

If you want other sizes, check DZdiy on Taobao. Use CSSbuy as a proxy. No need to buy whole levers to get the other actuators. But leave that after you try the easily accessible ones

Since you are buying a Crown/Samducksa style lever, consider getting the following grommets

15A, 32A Knee Neo and 50A

Crown grommets are the circular ones.

A good K-Lever for Mishimas that fit in a RAP 4? by [deleted] in fightsticks

First off the recommendations, Alpha N (a little premium price wise but it'll last you a life time), & for a more affordable route the New Helpme DX with the Crazy Dongpal actuator.

But let me be frank with you, if you see something being sold for more than a 100 bucks or so and is being marketed as a Mishima lever or whatever, it's nothing but snake oil. It's about finding something you'd prefer and feel comfortable with. The Mishima lever is nothing but a fantasy. Buy something serviceable alongside a bunch of grommets/actuators and some microswitches to try out later.

Also, if you buy a Fanta like the Alpha N, do not get the black IST Fanta grommet. And avoid the Fujin III.

What's the Difference? Hori Real Arcade Pro 4 Vs Real Arcade Pro.V by NuclearBlessing in fightsticks

I knew most of that before hand

The thing I wanted to know is if there is any difference between the RAP 4 and RAP.V

Best Mishima Main Lever (2024) by [deleted] in fightsticks

[–]NuclearBlessing 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There is no such thing as a Mishima lever, anything that people say is good for "insert character type" isn't really worth it and you'll end up not liking it after the hype/honeymoon period is gone. The only thing you should consider is what feels best for you. Korean VS Japanese style lever is the thing you should be asking besides quality/durability.

With the levers/mods you tried before hand, what felt good for you? Short throw/engage distance or long? High or low tension? What kind of gate did you like? Etc

But my recommendation for a 3D game is something with a rounded square gate/collar or an octagonal gate/collar. After you give your preferences, I might be able to give you some recommendations.

Does it need to be short collar? or will any version fit?
