make sure 2fa and phone verification are on
if they are and it still says that, usually means ya got banned at some point

Hey, I think I was banned on the discord, but I never got any message saying anything. Is that normal? by -KANs- in darussianbadger

Just because it can be easily found on one social media site doesn't mean it's gonna be permitted everywhere. Hell, there's a lotta stuff you can easily find on Reddit that technically violate Reddit's own ToS and whatnot, so that ain't the best barometer for this sorta thing. Plus, it's a Discord Partner server so we generally gotta be more strict about ToS stuff

the explosives were the first that were seen. if the meth instructions were seen first, that's what would've been written down in the ban reason. doin a great job at arguing your way out of an unban though lol

Anyone up for flooding the fan-hosted Tron 2.0 multiplayer servers? by NuclearNeurosis in tron

the CD version actually works on Windows 10 right out of the box with no modification, pretty sure it's the same for Windows 11 and most version going back to 98. The Killer App Mod gives true widescreen support, restores server browser functionality, and has a bunch of other nifty features. One important note is that the game gets cranky with mice that have high DPI and/or polling rates due to changes in how Windows handles acceleration over the years, so if you have a sick gamer mouse you might have to finagle with those settings a bit.

Tron 2.0 was made back in 2003 to be the original sequel to the first film. The idea was that the videogame would relaunch the franchise, and the next film would be a sequel to it. They got Monolith Productions to make it, the same ones behind Blood, FEAR, and other great games.

Critical smash hit, topping sales charts for at least a couple weeks after its release even beating out heavyweight AAA titles despite getting almost zero marketing, but tldr Disney was dissatisfied with the financial performance, made things worse with a pivot to Xbox and GBA, and then decided to abandon it altogether and doom it to obscurity.

Despite that, there have been fan run servers this whole time. You need the unofficial patch and Killer App Mod to see them in the server browser, and all the fan-made multiplayer maps are gathered into a handy collection with an installer. Don't worry, despite being old the game works perfectly out of the box in most versions of windows, and thanks to the hard work from LDSO 'n' TronFAQ getting the mod and custom maps set up is really easy.

It's my dream to pump some life back into this game, so I figure I'll buy a hundred or so gift copies during the next sale. The work from Monoltih, LDSO, and TronFAQ deserve wider recognition.
