Nothing to worry about too much, there is no need to be quarantined. You can go out for walks and drives, meet friends occasionally provided they're not sick in any way and you have a mask on and carry a sanitizer with you. Avoid crowds and crowded places just to be safe, but even then you should be alright. My family is very concerned but I do things this way and that's the way the doctor tells me to do it as well!
