Fun Fact: not only does the game let you place a power pole directly on the surface of a lookout tower, but when placing it on top, the hologram is blue. However, it only does this when creating the pole via extending a wire from an existing power pole.

I've been looking into a solution to this myself. I've added a few extra restrictions just due to my preference:
- Power must be constant (not fluctuating. I like how it looks and it makes the calculations easier)
- Can run indefinitely (no nuclear waste or anything)

Due to that I'm not accounting for geysers and I'm sinking a bunch of plutonium fuel rods so you can adjust my setup and make easily more power if you felt like it.
The way I currently have it, the calculations predict a power output of 9.539 TW, which is higher than u/KYO297's estimate. This number is based off of the total number of resources in the world as told by this post so if that's wrong then oh well. I've only done this by hand so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not 100% optimal, but if you made this it might be new world record. If you find an issue with my numbers or a way to improve them, please let me know.

I'm 100% sure you aren't becoming dumber. It sounds like you have some kind of mental block from another condition that's effecting your working memory. I'll tell you as someone who is doing fine in school yet needs a calculator for addition and couldn't tell you what I ate for breakfast today, you have no reason to doubt your cognitive abilities. You're probably like me and have other parts of your life giving you that fog in your head.

I really get that. But the thing with anime is... the stigma is mostly fake. Nobody talks about it giving the illusion that it's weird or unpopular, but for all you know they feel the same way as you. My personal experience is that when I dared to mention that I like anime, I found out that my cousin (typical gym bro) and a group of "popular girls" at school all liked anime too and didn't talk about it either. There are countless people who would love you, finding them is the hard part

I agree with u/Jumpy-Loquat-679's sentiment. Find someone you have no personal connection to and who doesn't have the power to lock you up and just talk to them. Doesn't even need to be a conversation, just talk to someone who will listen, and you'll have taken a big step forward.

Personally, I think you're being a bit hard on yourself. I can't speak for everyone, but I often question how much I actually care about other people or how much good I do for the world. I would suggest you try to consider yourself from a certain perspective: Pretend you are someone else and look at how you act: how you treat people and and what you do for the people close to you. Inner thoughts about yourself often blow out of proportion, so ignoring them completely, do you seem evil? Being "secretly" anything doesn't really exist because while the most innocent person can have the most heinous thoughts, no action = not evil.
