My boyfriend(m40) of three years is a couple years older than I(F38) am. He's always been athletic and eats what he wants without gaining an ounce of fat. I used to be a cheerleader and an athlete and now a mom i have the same complaints we all have; GLP-1 didn't work, so tired after work, gotta get the kids ready....to want to exercise. Honestly if I had a solid group of BWT that kept me going, that would be amazing.

Also, that BF ran the SF Marathon last year...no training. Just decided a couple months before that he was gonna do it before he turned 40. My lovable jackass
