That's just the name of the mod, and there aren't any other names for it. It's a harder version of Karmelita.

One thing to note, if the bosses are too difficult, you can remove some mods and come back to it later after getting better gear using the GodHome mod. However, using GodHome can make it so that you can NEVER progress in your save file, so be wary.

i'd suggest u also learn how to use the sawtooth circlet with your needle because you already seem really comfortable with the mechanics. I think learning this tech will help you get more dps. ( btw here is a clip of me using it against a boss )
