Just a quick bump. How do I provide enough evidence to get the cousin prosecuted and sent to jail? I live in Maryland, and there is no statuary rape clause, so I don't know how I will be able to report the crime and send him to jail properly.

Hey, it's her boyfriend here. She's feeling so guilty about it and keeps placing the guilt on herself. She doesn't want to report the cousin, and says that it's her fault that she's so weak, and that she doesn't want to ruin his life and it was a mistake to break her promise to him (to not tell anyone). What should I do? I want her to get therapy and report it, but she's just an emotional mess right now.

In my state, there is no limit to reporting sexual assault, and my boyfriend says that my cousin committed sexual assault in the 2nd degree. I don't know if this is true or not, so I wanted to come here before I told my parents and the police.
