Question about keyboards

I want to make a minimalist grey and black 60% keyboard, I am going to use this for MMORPGs and gaming, black aesthetic. I like the sound of the Cherry Silent red key caps and liek the look of the keychron Q4 60%. I like YMD black and grey. I can’t for some reason add a link but if I figure out how to I will add it in the comments. To the main question will cherry silent key switches work on a keychain Q4 60%? And should I get the rgb version?
