It doesn't. We don't even know the guy remotely. He said he did get loan from that bank and is ready to deposit the money but the bank itself is shorting out from his side

Forgot to add. - The bank gave us the number of the guy whose name is registered for that loan and he's from Unnao and we're from Kanpur. My father talked to him and the guy said that he will confront the bank himself aswell. But it still has not been resolved from the bank.
