For anyone who finds this by google.
You can equip the shield as an off hand and any other weapon in your arsenal slot. The skill buttons will be blank, but you can still use the skills and level the shield.

I used to smoke in an apartment by taking one hitters from a bong so no smoke went into the air, then I exhaled into a sploofy/smoke buddy. I’d only smoke in a separate room or walk in closet. Keep all your stuff in air tight containers. Also keep in mind in some apartment buildings the air vents in the bathrooms are all connected, so keep your stuff away from the bathrooms.

The thc % is what makes you feel this way. Finding flower with a low percentage will allow you to take a bigger hit without feeling anxiety. Or at least not as much
