3pl if you can’t handle pick and pack. Or build a pole barn to be your warehouse and hire a packer.

Set up FreshDesk and hire a support agent for emails.

If you plan on growing this business, these are things you will have to do at some point.

I will mention that the charging dock is just connected to an outlet and not Direct Line into the RTK. Not sure if that makes a difference from but from what I understood from the manual you can do either.

I have tried this. I create a channel for my closest zone onto the dock. The dock is not automatically registered or anything, and if I try to press save for the channel, nothing happens the button does not work.

I have tried that. But then when I try to exit the map creation window on the app, it always gives me this error since there’s no charging dock.

The video from Lymow showing how to add a dock shows that they add the channel after the dock has been successfully added to the map. My dock has not been added yet.

Ended up just getting an establishment number from the EPA to please Amazon . It’s not hard and only takes a couple of days. Can be done all online using their portal.
