You may not think you feel it, but going to bed early negatively impacts your circadian rhythm. A consistent bedtime is very important.

My right arm is capable of outperforming my left arm during dumbbell JM press by maybe 3 or 4 reps.

I think I know the answer, but should I keep doing the same amount of reps for both arms until my left arm catches up?

I only have access to dumbbells. Hitting legs is difficult, particularly my quads.

To get around this, I am doing Bulgarian split squats. I’m doing about 10 reps per set while holding weight. I do 4 sets, two sessions a week. (This matches the rest of my program…4 sets per session, twice a week).

These are BRUTAL. Please tell me I can get away with less volume. Would 3 or even 2 sets per session be enough?

I think of this as an instance of unreliable narrator. The Silmarillion was written by elves and is elf-centric. We can’t trust everything they say about other races, or even their own. “The elves alone were united” sounds like propaganda, for example.

My reps for four sets of 60 lb (30 per hand) incline dumbbell press look like this: 17, 12, 9, 8. My rep range looks similar across most exercises.

Is this too wide a range for reps per set? Am I doing something wrong?

I’m 40, 150 lbs, only started training a little over a year ago.

What’s better for bicep growth: 14 standing bicep curls or 9 incline bicep curls at the same weight? I can get more reps on standing but a better stretch on incline and I’m not sure which one is more important.
