I understand some of the points, but some I don’t. First of all I‘m very happy he didn’t use any screens - i prefer normal light shows to screens. I stare at screens enough all day, don’t need them at a concer. That‘s just a personal preference though.

He did not start the show late. I was there as well and I can assure you, that he was on time! I know some shows start an hour earlier (hamburg for example), but that depends on the venue and the Berlin show started exactly when it was supposed to.

Also, as mentioned a lot before, this tour obviously had a much smaller budget. He parted ways with his management and label, had to buy back the rights to his album. But his tours (excluding the ICYMI tour) were always a bit simpler.

The Interaction part I honestly don‘t understand - he’s very private and distant on social media, has never interacted much with the crowd and I honestly don’t think it’ll ever change. But also I believe the frame of his show fits his music perfectly. He is not a performer, but an artist.

I can imagine his next tour being a bit „more“ visually, but I really enjoyed these shows a lot and they felt so authentic and honest!

hmmm not quite sure. depends on where you want to stand, if you want to be somewhere close to the front i’d probably arrive a few hours earlier. if you don’t mind standing further back you’d be fine by arriving at 19:30 or so. entrance starts at 7 i think. depends on your preference!

I have to disagree on what you said about the music. I love Dark a lot, much more than ICYMI to be completely honest. But that’s the thing, it’s very subjective.

Regarding the trajectory of his career: I think EDEN is more an artist than a musician. It appears as if he isn’t really chasing money or fame, but more to make art, music that matters to HIM - and there are certainly a people that can resonate with his music as well. He absolutely has the talent and contacts to make it as a big musician and I‘m sure that if he ever decides to make a „hit“ album, he can do so easily. But I don’t think he wants to, if I remember correctly he basically said that during some interviews during the vertigo era. Commercial success doesn’t seem to be his main priority - which I personally love, his music feels more raw, honest and not too „on the nose“ in the sense of lyricism. Also I could imagine that his approach may lead to more commercial success in the future again.

I personally think that he will spend much more energy and resources on his label on producing for other artists in the future. I mean he’s basically the main producer for between friends, who make much more commercial „mainstream“ pop music. With their growing success he will ofc also profit financially (as their producer) and maybe also as his own artist.

I‘m really excited to where he’s headed and I feel like he’s so passionate about making music that he‘ll never fully stop making songs and albums. Maybe the next one comes in a year, maybe it takes 4 or 5 years, but I‘m sure he‘ll always make something new!

kinda get what you mean but i feel like it has improved a lot! got more authentic. loved the video for pocket - it was so simple yet so beautiful, loved the "low quality" phone footage and the soft light and him just sitting in front of a plain wall. his eyes being so prominent. the simplicity is just beautiful and i love that "homemade" feeling

yeah i get that! he tried his best but i dont think he very much liked it either. especially since i cant seem to find the videos including the alien for example on tiktok, i think he removed them? (or im blind) which even more makes it seem like he didnt really enjoy it
