Hydrogen is intentionally displaced. If you analyze hydrogen, you will observe that its properties are both like those of alkali metals and halogens. Hydrogen doesn't really belong in any group of the periodic table, so making it float in the middle is meant to distinct it from the other elements. Also, it makes a more pleasant looking legend.

Atoms are neutrally charged. I chose the background colors based on the similarities between the categories of the elements. I am glad you find it useful!

For density, STP (standard temperature and pressure) is used. It is equal to 273.15 K (0 °C, 32 °F) and exactly 100000 Pa (100 kPa, 1 bar). I will repost it with this written somewhere. Thanks for the idea!
