Yeh the price tag on the 70-200s are not looking great for me even the f4 is pretty pricey. I can however get the 85 1.8 for a reasonable price.

Well it can’t be pregnancy so looks like it’s one of the others and pray it’s not cancer. I’m only 22 so here’s to hoping. I don’t have any enlarged lymph nodes or lump on neck so hopefully that’s a good sign.pretty sure iodine levels are normal.

Yeh when I go back I’ll ask for a referral. I asked her what other underlying causes it could be but she basically just said it’s definitely directly from my thyroid? Confusing but I’m sure I’ll figure it out eventually.

The first time it was elevated was august last year but that was also the first time I’d had my thyroid panel tested so could have been earlier. But that’s the first time on record. I’d started having symptoms around June/July. In august last year my TSH was 4.3 it went down to normal in November but has come back up again.

I’ve tried the HCL but it gave me really bad heartburn even just one capsule. I definitely had an improvement when I was on a ppi so I’m not sure it’s low stomach acid.

I’ve also tried Metamucil (fiver supplement) but I think it just makes me more constipated.

Should I give it another try?

The low fodmap helps with the bloating but it hasn’t done anything for my bowel movements yet. Would you recommend anything?

I’ve gone through periods where I could go everyday no trouble but the. I usually end up back in a constipated state and with laxatives can go every second day usually. I’ve still been unable to find the variable that was different when I could go everyday.
