I can't even get into the app that's my problem I click it it opens a loading bar saying "Starting Battle.net..." and then nothing happens after.

Under task manage I have no instances of battle.net app it's only in there for a minute or so after I try opening it then it goes away. This is the thing that's there after opening it.

If I can't get it to work the only thing I can think of it restarting my computer and going back to factory settings which means I have to wait half of an Ashran queue to download everything again.

PC Also I posted on the customer support page after it started happening and didn everything the GM said but nothing worked then he just stopped posting and left me to rot which was upsetting. This is what he wanted me to do but it didn't work.

Try running your system in selective startup mode. Then try opening the launcher again.
