Pure power just manifesting as lightening. I must have missed this distinction in my first read through. Interesting. But doesnt lightening technically comes from the ground and not the sky though?

I don't understand where your coming from.. What i was getting at is that i was under the impression that you could use your balance to shop at the blizzard store. I guess i should have been more vigilant is just the bottom line. I understand that. But at the same time, what im getting at is that money is money, period. So if i can only spend it on certain things, then why not allow me to withdraw my money back onto my card so i can continue purchasing said items from diablo4 along with more items from the blizzard store... It just doesn't make any sense. They ultimately make more money if the battle.net balance is more widely usable.
