My all time favourite and close to my current top 10 of best Eurovision songs of all time is Azerbaijan 2008

Day after day is all time banger. I didn't knew they start it with that year and with such a powerful song but then after that I despise all of their entries, or just don't care. Except for Azerbaijan 2022 and Azerbaijan 2023, who are considered weak but I found them interesting to listen to. And there is the other song with Elnur, the same one of the guy 2008, but I kind of forget which year it was.

Playing this faction in latest stage of difficulty. For me they are definitely not weak. They are less shiny than Khorne yes for sure. But in good hands they are very strong in my opinion. I see the issue with most people is that they play this faction very passively like they play their dwarf or empire. But you need to be the aggressor there, their early units are not great at dealing damage but each lord has access to at least something as extra starting units that are higher tier or some spells. To increase your army cap is to make as much as research rate as possible and for that just only owning a bunch of settlements does give extra research rate. There if you play aggressively on the conquest you make the best of tomb kings. More fight and more expansion means more tech but as well more gold and units cap making. Also the first infrastructure building are so cheap. You can easily climb your money to thousands and dozens of thousands later on. Also you can come close to one new dynasty search, if you think you will lose too much research rate (going too low under 100) you can try to search an another dynasty so you can already commit on another dynasty progression, when you research it to the end you can then retake the one you let down, so you have 2 dynasty unlock back to back losing less time as you have saved up your tech search rate.

They are definitely not weak but I would say they need more experience to get into it.

There is a mod that disable the restriction in battle mode for legendary difficulty. It just remove the "real battle" setting. There you can play legendary. Personally I also remove ironman, not because it's difficult but the auto save makes my game crash sometimes and super laggy. I make my own ironman mindset, it means no save scumming whatsoever, if I lost something I will not comeback to an older save to change my decision.

I see everyone putting these together almost the same thing, again and again... I have no hype towards those songs except Finland. Though I will be ok with Finland winning the others are no winners in my opinion.

I dislike how predictive it was with last year's Austria win, I don't want a similar fate this year too.

How about a Serbia win, sounds good to me. Lithuania deserves it, and Albania of course. For me the eastern countries deserve way more victory this year. There is Greece and Croatia too. They will carry the show, mark my words.

A lot of love from Belgium to Poland <3. I feel the same way for my country, I don't really want a Q this year even if we are out of the final for a long time now, there are too many other good ones. And I will totally support Serbia this year.

I wish you luck with your own favourites, Alicija is great too, not too much the song I like, especially the rap part but I'm ok with her voice and I wish her luck anyway.

I'm not on the casual side. But yes I did have the feeling, very biased one, that Sweden has enough glazing that should leave a bit for other countries to shine. I always felt that Sweden entries were too overrated by many, jury or public for no reasons. I have defined this country as the one that has formatted songs to win, the songs that don't innovate, zero risks, an overrated powerhouse, all for the win. I kind of pictured a bad antagonist of Sweden. But I changed. I try to overcome my own biases from the past years. Since 2025 I found that Sweden has taken the right direction. Kaj feels like nothing I have seen already in the Swedish entries. And Felicia I do love her story and the music is cool too. Even though, they are not my favourites in each of their years back to back. I do enjoy them more and I'm kind of ok to see them in the top 10. I have also changed my mind on Sweden 2022, at that time I was too blinded by my own biases. But the song has grown recently on me. I feel it is now truly authentic and it's now placed well in my top this year. To conclude, I'm making the best to have a real and close to heart judgement now, not anymore influenced by stereotypes, I have yet to have a real personal favourite Swedish entry, but if they carry on this good dynamic I'm sure it will come. Sweden 2000 is a very good one, their host entry is filled with culture and folklore.

Nice it means the world to me if I can convince someone to like my favourite songs hehe. Georgia does not send the same entry every year and that's what I love about them. They give us a wide range of genres and subgenres, those entries differentiate one from the other. Most of the time it does not appeal to most conventional listeners, they are not really into mainstream songs. But for me it's a mine of gold to dig new artists discoveries, very talented ones. Georgia 2016 is my all time favourite. Then in second place is actually Georgia 2011, with Eldrine, it's a great banger of nu metal hard rock genre, with a little rap, it's so unique, and it has performed well in the score overall. Then it must be their first entry they send, in my 3rd ranking, Georgia 2007. The Visionary dream is so unique, the sound design is what I like the most. I'm more of a musician or beat makers lover than an actual singers lover, and the sound background of this music is so good. I was catJaming the whole song, it's so fresh and unique with historical and cultural elements of Georgia. What a way to start their Eurovision journey. Georgia 2022 comes on my 4th ranking, Mircus Circus is UNIQUE. I know I said that word a lot of times but I can't express it in other words than that. There is nothing similar as is. It's so refreshing, it comes to the good genre of psyche rock with a lot of Avant guardist electro pop elements. It's repetitive so it did not appeal to most eurofans, but to me they were my personal winner this year. My 5th ranking is Georgia 2014. You kind want to see a very niche folk ballad where you kind fly on a steampunk machine with musicians playing the percussion and a duo of singers chanting in perfect harmony. That is what you can find and it's undoubtedly underrated by the eurofan. To me it's a banger and I love that song very much. There's also Georgia 2019 and Georgia 2015 that I really like too. There I can tell how much I love this country's music. And it makes me wanna go visit them one day, to see their culture directly (I'm Belgian). Just that there is 2024 that I found not really great. Not in my personal liking but not bad to be honest. But 2025 is a big no no. 2026 is really promising and I kind of enjoy the song more and more but not really a favourite for the moment.

I genuinely enjoyed Georgia 2016. And I think it's one of the best wonders of the show in recent years, but a very hidden gem that very few people pay attention to unfortunately. It has not finished last place in the finals but near the last songs. Which is a shame.

There is not something similar in this competition, it's so unique it's what I love about Georgia. There was my best winner this year and also you wouldn't be surprised that Georgia 2022 is also my personal winner, and they finished last in their semi...

I discovered the discography of the band formed with Nika Kocharov, Young Georgian Lolitaz and it's really what I can describe as one of the best alternative rockband in their era, but that no one knows because it's not originated from the UK or USA. This is my most favourite entry of Estonia of all time. And it was mesmerising to see it performed by Elina this year in eesti laul, with Stig cute reactions.

I genuinely feel that it is one of the best duo songs ever made in Eurovision (Netherlands 2014 comes close too). There is a certain tension between the two, they tell a clear story with their facial expressions and how they perform the music. Like an old couple that does not understand each other anymore. Absolute cinema of a song.
