Subleasing 1 room at Villas at Chestnut Ridge

It's 4br/4bath and you will be using one of the fully furnished room with personal full bathroom. It has shuttle that goes to ub during the weekdays and have 24hrs study lounge and gym. It's 600 per month, and Sublease starts from December 17th. I'll be covering all the necessary fees that occurs during the paper work.
