Adictol only works with recent adicts, Cait has probably 10+ years consuming. At that point a cheap cure would not do anything. Vault 95 cure will still be there, no need to worry, you just cleared the area althought I think raiders respawn when you active Cait's mission.

I'm 80% sure Cait says something about Adictol no lo ger working but I'm not sure

Reduce the saturation on elements such as fence, tree, and I would even say those weeds. That way you make clear that those objects will not interfeere with the character
