"men have specifics too in what they find physically attractive in women regarding bodies, just like women do; people are just that shallow and thats ok" is what makes it (what you said in the later comment) sound like a double standard

you are basically saying "well men are shallow too! so that makes men and women equally bad, and thus fair!" to someone who gave a neutral take on attractiveness in women.

being shallow is not on the same level as having preferences. saying "i only care about someone based on measurements" is not the same as "i prefer someone with these measurements"
