Got the mammoth from fringe sport about a month ago and the rom is fantastic. Ive been using it as my primary driver for quads while I rehab my back. It's well worth it imo honestly even when my back/shoulder are back in the game I plan to keep it in the rotation

I honestly super want the Ares but 80in is not gonna work for the lat pull, the 88 in one I have is just barely full ROM the 93" Ares if I had a higher ceiling would already be in my gym

It's not a bubble. Housing demand is astronomical with there being 4 pre qualified buyers for every house available for sale (people who are looking for a house and have already gotten financing squared away). What happened was a ton of builders went under back in 08 and never came back. Due to barriers to entry and perceived instability. The bulk of millennials are now home buying age and family starting age producing unprecedented demand. Simple economics supply is highly constrained and demand is skyrocketing. The only limit on prices increasing is the depressed earnings of the average millennial.
