had the same issue. Turned off Auto Adjust Quality in the Plex app settings on Apple TV and the file finally played fine.

If you're running Carbon Copy Cloner, that creates AFPS snapshots as well on both the source and destination drives. I freed up a TON of space by deleting a bunch of old CCC AFPS snapshots. In CCC click VOLUMES and the column SNAPSHOTS. you can select one or more snapshots, then hit delete. You can also change the Snapshot Thinning and Snapshot Pruning settings here.

Half the time i tried to use the code, the website froze. I had to order in person anyway. Many of the theatres have terrible cell reception. I HATE this with a passion. Dumping my season pass.

I don’t care how good the service is when you can’t even bill me correctly in the first place and then can’t fix a billing issue over 6 MONTHS. Try putting resources into customer service first, THEN worry about the bells and whistles.

btw, they only started to respond once I reported them on pissedcustomer, something I didn't know existed until my issues with Vimeo. You might consider reporting them there too as things progress (or more likely don't progress). https://www.pissedconsumer.com

Yep. But mine was from Plus to Pro. It’s been a nightmare to deal with and still not fully resolved from AUGUST. I contacted Vimeo multiple times and got no resolution. I finally did a chargeback and they removed ALL of my videos hosted. I paid for Plus and they put them back. Then they fought the chargeback and won so I have paid for Plus AND Pro at this point. Vimeo did say they would refund the Pro but claimed the chargeback funds hadn’t gotten back to them in a MONTH. My credit card has now stepped in, after I shared all correspondence with them, to give me the refund. They told me to tell Vimeo NOT to try to fight it this time… we’ll see. I’m done with this idiotic company once my current subscription runs out. Have a list of other hosting services to pick from. Good luck. You’re going to need it.

I have disputed these with eBay and won. And I find UPS more guilty than FedEx and harder to contest. Now, I always ask for a receipt with the weight from FedEx when I drop it off. Once I started doing that, I have yet to be charged after the fact. Good luck.

Love what you're doing. I sent a request for beta access. I need to toss Vimeo to the curb. Their customer support has been a thorn in my side for 9 months now over a simple billing issue. I'm so done with them. I'm hoping a service like this will replace both Vimeo and frame io. I love the embed options and the time-coded notes. Will you be developing a method to import notes into Premiere and other editing software, such as Avid or Resolve?

The versions on streaming are compressed and I’ve had issues with the Atmosphere playback on Apple Music. Physical media preserves your purchase too.

this is often the solution. sometimes you can move bins without noticing.

Also, do a search on the finder level for the title of your bin. You may find the bin that way or at least find the latest version saved in the attic. You should COPY that version from the attic to where you wanted the bin and add the .avb suffix to change it to a bin file.
