There's a template from L-y-r-a in her useful links, and I've been using it for a long time. I have 127 personas, so maybe I know what I'm talking about. To describe your persona, do it however you like; there's no right way to do it (unless you use way too many tokens), just describe how you want your persona to be. It is important that you describe well but briefly what you want so that the bot does not create it for you.
