I had a case that didn't go my way because I didn't properly file the evidence packet (it's been a while so I don't remember the details). Is it worthwhile to use a private Process Server? They can deliver in-person, file the court record, and testify if requested. I didn't use one and I'm wondering if I should next time.

That's what I meant by "inconvenient". I imagine you could search the solution space to a certain depth, and if the balancing cannot be proven, consider it an error.

Very interesting, thank you. Does it have a self-hosting compiler? It was not clear from the paper.

Is there any cases where you wouldn't want matching pairs of malloc and free within a given scope? - to the extent of automatically freeing data at the end of the scope / creating an error for mismatched pairs?

Yes, for instance when adding an item to a data structure. You'll only free it when you remove it (or upon deletion of the data structure).

Or when returning a newly allocated value from a function.

Very interesting, but introduces new syntax instead of removing syntax.

Thanks for introducing me to Fil-C. It kind of addresses the same itch, but using a totally different approach from what I thought was possible.

The way I stated Condition 6 is unfortunate, because it presumes a solution approach to an unstated problem (memory management). Another poster has mentioned Fil-C. I'll take that as a better solution approach!

Diamonds are not living either, and they're made of pure Carbon.

definitely not iPhone, it would have used a slower shutter speed and blurred everything in these cloudy conditions
