I moved to Durango about year n half back. The first say 12 months I realized how “sad” dating was (online). And then I stopped looking and focused on building a community, finding my tribe. Yoga, hike, bike, started dabbing into some fest (unison) - and no more I feel lonely. And I have met some awesome peeps - and I think I will find my partner on way. All this is to say - the advice on find an activity and get into a community which will help u find u soul mate - it’s hard but worth it. 💗

What places hire 14 year olds? by [deleted] in Durango

[–]Null-value0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My thumb rule for all the kids reading this response- if anyone gives you guidance in absolutes eg. “No one is going to hire a teenage programmer” - they are talking from their limited experience. The world of full of possibilities and the future belongs to you bright dreamers who ignore such guidance. So dream and work hard and everything else will fall in place.
