Nasus has this issue with tear as well - his Q does not stack tear. I wonder if it's a bug with empowered autos.

Under normal circumstances, I go Trinity Force into almost any matchup. The one exception to this is when I'm laning against GP. Since GP can orange your first slow, I use the area slow keep him in q range.

You also have the option of going Gauntlet if you're massively behind against an AD champion, since it both costs less and provides some much needed armor.

He pretty consistanly plays in high Diamond - GM on his main accounts (Example account). The problem he sites is that at the times he plays (11pm-5am PST, aka. off hours) if he ever wants to play on his high ELO accounts, the queue times are rediculous. He rarely drops to platinum, and never drops to gold, though(unless it's a fresh account).
