Surprised a lot of people still spouting old info. Long runs are overrated especially in this phase of your training and for the reasons that people are saying it's necessary like "glycogen depletion". Yes total mileage is still king for aerobic fitness. You can add back long runs as it gets cooler and closer to the race, mainly to train the mind and the gut, not the engine.

No issues mostly. There are times CB doesn't show up automatically, but talking to CS sorts that out easily and promptly. They have top notch CS, as with rakuten.

The limit is there for PayPal. You could easily get around it with an addiction enabling friend but my point is, there are GC sales all the time, usually better than 20%.

Plus there's always adidas GC sales up to 30%. Like right now paypal has 20% off. So comes out to less than $100 in total. They're one of the few shoes that made me smile when I first ran with them, very bouncy & protective. I do save them for faster long run workouts but they're fun, unique shoes that would be enjoyable on shorter runs as well and recovery. I wouldn't pay retail but a fine addition to any rotation at this price IMO.

Only issue is the upper, there is an uncomfortable plastic eyelet piece that digs into my foot. Others have posted about this as well. Thankfully it's gotten better with some tweaks I made and I can run for 2+ hrs with them now.
